Abstract

The GeoPUC Journal (ISSN 1983-3644) promotes academic dissemination in geography and related fields, publishing original articles of empirical, experimental, or theoretical-conceptual nature. Classified in the B4 tier of Qualis Periódicos (2017-2020), it underwent significant changes between 2022 and 2024, including the adoption of continuous publication, use of the OJS system for article submission and indexing, and expansion of geographic and gender diversity in editorial boards. Highlights include increased regional and international diversity in boards and collaborations, featuring researchers from Latin America and Africa. The 2024 edition presents significant contributions from Brazil's North region and partnerships with academic events, reinforcing a commitment to inclusion and scientific excellence
